Hi, I'm Sally

The voice behind Snooze

I've helped thousands of families get better sleep. Not through rigid rules or judgment, but through clear, evidence-based guidance that actually works in real life.

As a Certified Sleep Consultant & Pediatric Nurse, I created Snooze to give parents practical tools and a calm, confident approach to their baby's sleep.

Sally Woods, The Sleep Concierge - Certified Sleep Consultant & Pediatric Nurse

Hi, I'm Sally!

Paediatric nurse, mum of two, and founder of The Sleep Concierge & Snooze.

Why I Created Snooze

As a pediatric nurse and certified sleep consultant, I've seen firsthand how exhausted parents struggle with conflicting sleep advice. The gentle vs. harsh debate, the overwhelming information, the judgment—it all gets in the way of what parents really need: clear, practical help that works.

I created Snooze to cut through the noise. The Snooze Method gives parents evidence-based guidance that's structured but flexible, supportive without judgment. It's the approach I wish existed when I was helping families in the hospital, and it's what I use with my own clients today.

My goal is simple: help tired parents get the sleep guidance they need, when they need it, in a way that actually works in real life. No method wars, no shame, just practical help from someone who's been there.

"Parents are capable. You don't need to be an expert—you just need clear guidance and support."

My Philosophy

These beliefs guide everything I do—from how I work with families to how I've built Snooze.

Parents Are Capable

You don't need to be an expert. You just need clear guidance and support. I trust that you know your baby best—I'm here to give you the tools and confidence to help them sleep better.

Sleep Is a Learned Skill

Babies can master sleep with the right support and structure. It's not about forcing them or leaving them to cry—it's about teaching them gradually, with consistency and care.

Structure Helps Families Thrive

Clear plans reduce anxiety and help everyone get the rest they need. Structure doesn't mean rigid—it means having a plan you can adapt when life happens.

Parent Confidence Matters

Technique is important, but your confidence in using it matters just as much. When you feel certain about what you're doing, your baby feels that calm too.
