Acceptance of these Terms

Please read these terms and conditions (the Terms) carefully. By signing up for and/or making payment for the Snooze Social membership through The Sleep Concierge website (the Website), this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease use of the Snooze Social membership immediately.

The Sleep Concierge reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication.
Services

The Snooze Social membership provides you with access to a private Facebook community moderated by The Sleep Concierge, personalised sleep advice from certified sleep consultant Sally, a library of sleep resources and guides, and exclusive Q&A sessions and live chats.
By signing up for the Snooze Social membership, you agree and acknowledge that:

• The advice and support provided in the Snooze Social community is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• The Sleep Concierge does not guarantee any specific sleep outcomes or results from participation in the Snooze Social community.
• You are solely responsible for assessing and managing your child's sleep and well-being, and for seeking professional medical advice when needed.
• The Sleep Concierge reserves the right to terminate your access to the Snooze Social membership at any time at our sole discretion.

Payment and Refunds

The Snooze Social membership is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to the recurring payment of the membership fee as selected at the time of purchase.
All amounts are listed in USD and include any applicable taxes. The Sleep Concierge reserves the right to change the membership fees at any time, at our sole discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The charge will appear as "THE SLEEP CONCIERGE" on your statement.

The Snooze Social membership is non-refundable. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or prorated refunds for partial months. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.

Intellectual Property

All content shared within the Snooze Social community, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of The Sleep Concierge and is protected by copyright.

By joining the Snooze Social, you agree that you will not copy, share, or distribute any of the content outside of the membership community. The resources are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

The Sleep Concierge is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, relating to your use of the Snooze Social membership.

The advice and information shared in the community is intended for general informational purposes only. We do not make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any purpose.

Your use of the Snooze Social membership is at your own risk. The Sleep Concierge is not responsible for any harm or losses resulting from your reliance on the information provided.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Snooze Social membership will be resolved through arbitration in Victoria, Australia.
