Dressing Baby For Bedtime
Jun 10, 2022I live in Melbourne, so naturally, I never know how to dress my baby because of the whole four seasons in one-day thing. We're all about the layers and the spare outfits.
It can be a bit of a head spin to figure out how to dress your baby overnight. So, I've created a dressing guide to help simplify it for you. This is only a guide, and it is for you to tweak. I personally err on the side of coziness. I dress Baby P warm because cozy babies sleep and cold babies wake.
Remember, we always dress our babies for the coldest part of the night, which is generally around 4am.
To make it even easier for you, I've included an infographic that provides a visual guide on how to dress your baby for bedtime. This infographic is an extract from The Sleep Concierge's 5-12 Month Sleep Guide, which offers comprehensive advice on helping your baby sleep better during this crucial stage of development.
By following these guidelines and using the infographic as a quick reference, you'll be able to ensure that your baby is dressed appropriately for a comfortable and safe sleep.
